We actually already support a variety of complications for viewing things like your Recovery, Sleep, Stress, Strain, Battery and HRV on your Apple Watch face throughout the day.
To add them to your Watch face:
press and hold on your current watch face, and then tap Edit.
Then keep swiping left on the screen until you see the word "Complications" at the top of the screen.
Then tap on any part of the Watch face you want to add a Sonar complication to.
This will bring up Apple's standard customization screen. You'll just need to find Sonar on it, and then choose from any of the complications we offer.
