Data not syncing with Garmin App correctly

I connected my Garmin app and it synced fine, then I realised that app was bringing Apple Health data that was synced with my Garmin watch, so I decided to delete the Sonar app, but the next day I decided I could get over this by just using Garmin data but the issue I now have is that it synced the first days data, but won’t bring in any data after that.
