Fitbit Sync issue.

My fitbit’s basic data is not appearing in app including steps, active mins.

Workouts and sleep is syncing perfectly, just basic data missing as mentioned above. Connected fitbit around 12 hours ago so it’s enough time to fetch steps even if fitbit hourly sync limit is considered.

Can you guide me what action should I take?
