Hi Lemuel - Sonar should be pulling in blood sugar values from Apple Health and showing it under the metric called "Blood Glucose," as long as you gave it permission to access your blood glucose values.
You can add Blood Glucose to any section of your home screen, or search for it using the universal search at the top right of the screen.
