Integration with chat gpt for deeper insights
Sonar already tracks data beautifully, but ChatGPT would make it truly actionable. Instead of just seeing numbers, users could ask natural questions like “What’s different about this week?” or “How does my sleep affect recovery?” It turns Sonar from a tracker into a guide.

Happy to share this will be rolling out in a major update and redesign that has just been submitted to Apple for approval.
There are quite a few changes in this release so they may have some comments we'll have to sort through, but it should be available on the App Store shortly.
The Android update will be submitted to Google for review early next week.

I would love to see this rolled out to our personal AI platforms. Some use chat got, while others might use Microsoft co pilot or Google Gemini.

Completely agree - we've been working on something pretty exciting behind the scenes on this front. Can't share release timing yet, but should be sometime later this year.

I would love this feature. I currently do screenshots and upload them into ChatGPT for insights and analysis.
