iOS app error + incomplete Google Health Connect sync on Android

On iOS, Sonar Health is not working at all. The app only shows the error message:

“Something went wrong – it looks like we encountered an issue while trying to update your data (try again)”

On Android, Sonar only pulls Steps and Sleep data from Google Health Connect. My Blood Pressure and Weight data do not sync, even though I’ve already toggled permissions to allow all read and write access. its already been already 2 days.

I’ve already sent an email to the support team about this issue but haven’t received any response yet.

This bug prevents me from using Sonar effectively across platforms. Please investigate and provide guidance on a fix.
