Stress, Energy Reserve, and daytime syncing stop after Sleep Focus ends

I’m seeing what appears to be a syncing/processing bug.

Device:

  • Apple Watch Series 10

  • iPhone running iOS 26.6 Beta 3

  • Apple Watch running watchOS 26.6 Beta 3

  • Latest version of Sonar

Issue:
Sonar imports all of my overnight data correctly, but it completely stops processing new data as soon as Sleep Focus ends (around 7:00 AM).

Symptoms:

  • Stress has remained frozen since 6:54 AM.

  • Energy Reserve has stayed at 98% with 0% drained all day.

  • Today’s workouts are not reflected.

  • The Stress graph contains only overnight data.

Apple Health continues updating normally:

  • Heart Rate records throughout the day.

  • HRV records throughout the day.

  • Workouts are present in Apple Health.

I’ve already:

  • Restarted both iPhone and Apple Watch.

  • Installed the latest iOS and watchOS beta updates.

  • Removed and re-enabled all Apple Health permissions.

  • Verified Sonar has access to Heart Rate, HRV, Workouts, Sleep, and all other requested Health data.

Because Apple Health continues receiving new Heart Rate, HRV, and Workout data while Sonar stops processing immediately after Sleep Focus ends, this appears to be an issue with Sonar’s daytime HealthKit syncing or data processing rather than the Apple Watch itself.
