Support Water Intake and Water Intake Goal sync from Samsung Health

Please add support for syncing water tracking data from Samsung Health. Currently, Sonar doesn't request permissions for water intake during setup.

​Both Water intake and Water intake goal are supported by the Samsung Health Data SDK, so requesting these permissions during integration would allow Samsung users to sync their daily hydration automatically instead of logging it manually.
