Sync new app not working

Attempting to add new integrations via the sync new accounts in the iOS app and it does not work. I am on the free account and all that happens is the Sonar Pro comes up to subscribe. I close it and keep trying to add the app (i.e. Strava, EliteHRV, etc) only to keep coming back to Sonar Pro pop-up. Can this not be done on the free experience?
