I just did a test. I started a walk on my watch, took a few steps, then ended the walk. That data synced to Sonar, but the rest of my Today data in Garmin, myfitnesspal, and withings do not show up in the app. Seems that if you clear the data and then resync, the today widgets, do not pickup and display anything from Today.
