guillaume JUGE do you mind sending us some logs to investigate? To do this, navigate to the Profile tab, scroll down to the bottom, and tap 3x quickly on “version” to reveal the “send logs” button. Thanks

Hello!
Withings only allows us to retrieve data from the past 90 days. Could you confirm whether the missing data falls within that period? If it does, aside from body fat, what other data points are missing?
Also, could you please send us your logs? You can do this by going to the Profile tab, scrolling to the bottom, and tapping three times quickly on “Version.” This will reveal a “Send Logs” button.
