It would be good to integrate the option for food logging directly or allow connection to an app that already handles this, as it would help track the process more efficiently.

YAZIO does record in Apple Health. This data is available in SONAR.

So we do have integrations with a variety of nutrition tracking platforms (MyFitnessPal, Cronometer etc.). That being said, we're planning to add a dedicated nutrition tracking experience to Sonar later this year. It's a big project, but we suspect it will allow a lot of users to rely on Sonar for all their nutrition and food logging needs going forward.
