Cardio Focus
For example, whether a running session was slightly aerobic, highly aerobic or anaerobic. That would be pretty nice.

A “go to bed time”
As is already available with other apps. Based on recovery sleep, etc.

Muscular Load
Integrate muscular load to strength training exercises. Cardio load is not of high importance when strength training. This would also theoretically influence the strain score more accurately for strength training exercises.

Training Load Metrics
Add Training Load Metrics (TSB, CTL & ATL) to activity section. Then, you could check to see if these correlate with other metrics that are already in Sonar (e.g., HRV, sleep metrics, etc.)

Smart alarm clock for Apple Watch
An intelligent sleep phase alarm clock for the watch app would be desirable, which then wakes people up in an easier sleep phase within a certain period of time.

Integration with chat gpt for deeper insights
Sonar already tracks data beautifully, but ChatGPT would make it truly actionable. Instead of just seeing numbers, users could ask natural questions like “What’s different about this week?” or “How does my sleep affect recovery?” It turns Sonar from a tracker into a guide.

Persistent settings on home tab
On the home tab, you can change the charts and trends to daily, weekly, or monthly. However, the change currently does not persist across sessions - it always snaps back to weekly. I’d like to be able to set my charts to monthly and my trends to daily and have it stay that way.

Adjustable arrow color
It would be great to be able to select the color of the directional arrows (red or green). For example, I’m trying to lose weight. If I’m down a pound, the app shows a red downward arrow. But in this case down is the positive direction and so I would prefer it to display as green. Someone trying to gain weight might want the opposite, which is why arrow color should be user-selectable.
