I saw that the fitness tracking app "Strava" has the possibility to install a Windows app version. It would be great, when Sonar in the future also offers a Windows App version, which shows the Web content.

Yep our existing web platform was designed with this in mind. We hope to have this available by March/April timeframe once our Android and Apple Watch apps have launched.
