The average window for HRV, HR, ... gets quite big with having a lot variations. I would propose to have moving average to show long term trends and outliers better.

Separate section for cardiovascular health. Where you can see your heart rate chart for whole day or week or month. Also, should be able to see how much time you sent in which zone? overall hearty health as well as recommendation on how to improve it.

It would be great to have à proper nutrition tracking system in app since it’s a key factor in a good health. I’d like to be able to have under the same subscription the ability to track my kcal intakes like in dedicated apps such as lifesum or MyFitnessPal
