Hello team! I have the app connected to Whoop, and at time of connection it seems fine. However after the initial connection it doesn’t seem to update any data…at least according to the update status within the synced tab. I have disconnected and reconnected several times but the issue persists. Is there anything else I can try, and/or is this a known issue that is in process of being fixed? This is on an iPhone. I have background refresh enabled both on sonar and whoop and a limited number of apps.
